Meet PulseAxis

Your property portfolio.
One AI conversation.

PulseAxis brings AI-powered questions, photo and document analysis, lease review, and property operations into a shared platform—with a mobile app that puts those records to work in the field.

The PulseAxis capability set

AI that reads the evidence.
Tools that carry the work.

From equipment photos and lease PDFs to tenant questions, marketing images, and follow-up work: here is what the platform does.

01

Ask Pulse: property & tenant conversations

Ask natural-language questions about your properties, recorded tenants, contacts, and lease information. Ask Pulse combines authorized property and contact context with analyzed media and verified lease evidence. Follow-up questions can refer to the property or person already being discussed, and supporting sources let you inspect the basis of an answer.

02

Native mobile fieldwork

Look up property and contact details, capture photos, upload documents, and use Ask Pulse from the mobile app. Browse property media and analysis while on site. The app and administrative website use the shared platform, so field capture becomes part of the property record the office can work with.

03

AI image & document analysis

Turn supported images and PDFs into saved descriptions, document classifications, extracted fields, and tags. Readable equipment labels and document details can become retrievable evidence rather than remaining buried in a photo or attachment. The original source remains available for review.

04

AI analysis across a photo collection

Analyze a collection of supported photos together. AI can connect a wide equipment view with its label image and produce collection-level observations and equipment information, with references to the relevant photos. A collection result adds context across images instead of replacing the individual photo records.

05

AI lease extraction & reviewed filing

Extract proposed parties, property and unit details, dates, rent, security deposit, and supporting lease terms from a PDF. Review each section against the source and confirm the matches and values. The filing workflow associates the retained document with the property, lease, tenancy, and included contacts. Extracted amounts describe lease terms, not payment history.

06

Lease extensions & effective terms

Review amendments and extensions through their own workflow, preserving the relationship to the base lease and source evidence. Confirmed lease terms can be composed from the filed base and verified amendments, so a later change is not treated as an unrelated document or silently assumed from an AI suggestion.

07

Beautify: AI property-photo editing

Create a cleaned-up, staged version of a property photo for marketing presentation. The editing workflow targets items such as clutter, grime, loose clothing, and unkempt grass while instructing the model to retain the location and structural elements. Save the edited image separately from the original and optionally add a permanent disclosure to the output. Review the result before sharing.

08

Text & logo watermarks

Add a text watermark, logo, or both to property photos. Control placement with nine anchor positions, adjust scale and opacity, and preview the result. Watermark original or Beautify images and process a collection in the background. Saved watermarked copies preserve their source relationship; editing a watermark starts from the unwatermarked source.

09

Property galleries & public sharing

Organize photos and original videos within the property record, group photos into purpose-specific collections, and share selected collections through a public link. Recipients can see the shared presentation without a workspace login. Internal records and private document details stay outside that public collection view.

10

Properties, units, people & workspaces

Keep addresses, building and unit information, ownership, contact methods, and recorded property relationships connected. Workspaces organize team access to the shared records. These connections give both the administrative screens and Ask Pulse a more useful basis than a disconnected list of files.

11

Tasks & recurring reminders

Use the administrative website to record actions, manage follow-up work, and schedule one-time or recurring reminders. Keep the next call, review, or check from becoming another note that is easy to lose. User timezones are part of reminder scheduling.

12

Searchable records with source evidence

Search workspace information and use available analysis to retrieve details from property media. Ask Pulse answers include supporting sources; lease review keeps the original PDF and evidence in the workflow. Staff can verify a value instead of relying on an isolated summary or an unsupported answer.

Ask Pulse · your mobile AI assistant

Ask about the property.
Keep the conversation going.

Ask Pulse searches the property, contact, tenant, lease, and analyzed-media information available to your account. Ask a follow-up in the same conversation instead of starting another search.

PulseAxis mobile

Your property knowledge.
In your pocket.

The app is a working tool for the property visit—not just a smaller version of an office dashboard.

01

Photograph it. Analyze it. Ask about it.

Capture a room, an equipment label, or a document from your phone. File it with the property, run AI analysis, review the extracted details, and bring those records into Ask Pulse. The photo becomes part of the information you can find again.

02

One chat across the work.

Ask about property details, recorded tenants and contacts, equipment, or lease terms. Continue with follow-up questions and switch property context within the same conversation. Ask Pulse retrieves supporting information from the records your account can access.

03

Take the office record into the field.

Open property and contact details while you are on site. Browse photos, videos, and documents; review analysis; organize photo collections; and prepare watermarked images without waiting to get back to a desktop.

04

The same platform, beyond the phone.

Mobile capture connects to the shared property platform used by the administrative website. Your team can review lease documents, organize records, manage tasks, and schedule reminders from the office.

Planned mobile capabilities

Speak the question.
Find the property around you.

We’re extending the mobile experience toward voice-first access and location-aware property lookup. These are planned capabilities, alongside the chat and capture workflows described above.

Voice-driven questions

Ask aloud about properties, tenants, documents, and equipment, then continue the conversation without navigating through separate screens.

GPS property lookup & arrival prompts

Use your location to find the relevant property record, with arrival prompts designed to put the right details within reach when you are on site.

Contact-aware calling

Explore matching incoming calls to saved contacts and their property context. Supported behavior will depend on the phone platform and permissions.

Field & office

Collect it where
the work happens.

A site visit can produce equipment photos, condition records, documents, and questions for the office. PulseAxis connects that material to the property, then makes the available information usable through analysis, review, and Ask Pulse.

The office can work with the same source material: review a lease, inspect AI-extracted details, organize galleries, or create tasks and reminders for what happens next.

Let’s talk about your use case.
Discuss mobile access, the records you want to bring in, and which AI and document workflows your team needs first.

Ask Pulse is an aid to finding and reviewing information. Check its sources and the original documents before making decisions.

A few practical questions

Before you get started.

Who is PulseAxis built for?

Real estate investors, owners, and property managers who need a connected record of properties, contacts, documents, media, and follow-up work.

Does everyone need access to my workspace to see photos?

No. Selected photo collections can be shared through a public link. Treat a sharing link as public and review exactly what you include before sending it.

What does the AI assistant work from?

Ask Pulse retrieves information from the property and workspace records the user is authorized to access, along with available analyzed-media evidence. Supporting sources help you check an answer against its basis.

How do we get started?

Email [email protected] with a short description of your team, properties, and current process. We’ll discuss product access and the workflows you need.
