The property screen shows the address, parcel information, unit details, and saved specifications. It also provides Maps, Zillow, and supported municipality links.
Tap Add Media to take or upload a photo or document. It can be saved with the property so you and your staff can find it again.

AN EXAMPLE WORKFLOW
Photograph the furnace.
Ask about it next month.
Photograph the heating equipment, then its nameplate. Keep the photos together so the detail has a details.
Let AI read the photos. Later, ask “What equipment do we have at this property?” Find the saved details and open the photo they came from.
Check that the label is readable and the photos are saved with the right property. AI cannot read a blurred label or find a detail that has not been saved.
