Request account and data deletion

You can ask Pulse Software LLC to delete your PulseAxis account and the personal information associated with it. You can also request deletion of particular information without closing your account. This page applies to PulseAxis on the web and in the mobile app, including the Android app net.pulseaxis.mobile and development builds.

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject PulseAxis account deletion or PulseAxis data deletion. You do not need to be signed in or have the app installed.

Request account deletion by email

The button opens your email app. It does not send a request until you send the email. You can also write directly to [email protected].

What to include

  • The email address or username associated with your PulseAxis account.
  • Whether you want the whole account closed or only particular data deleted.
  • The workspace name, if known, and whether you are its owner, administrator, or a member.
  • Whether the request concerns the production app or a development build, if you know.

Send the request from the email associated with your account when possible. If you cannot access that email, explain that in your message. Do not include your password, access tokens, a copy of a lease, or identity documents in the initial request.

What happens next

  1. Verify: we confirm your identity and, when relevant, your authority over a workspace or record.
  2. Review: we identify the account, associated personal information, and any customer-controlled or retained records affected.
  3. Act and explain: we handle the verified request under applicable law and the relevant customer relationship, and explain what was deleted, what must be kept, and why.

Account closure covers your ability to sign in and the account information that can be removed. The data review also considers associated profile information, service records, and uploaded or derived content under your control. We do not treat removal of a login alone as completion of a request to delete associated personal information.

We respond within the deadlines required by applicable law. Timing can depend on identity checks, workspace ownership, the scope of the request, and lawful retention needs. We will explain any applicable limitation or extension.

Workspace records and information that may remain

Deleting one member’s account does not automatically erase a customer’s property files, shared lease records, or other people’s accounts. If you are the only owner or administrator of a workspace, tell us so we can address its records and access as part of the request.

Some records may need to be retained for a legal obligation, a dispute, fraud or security prevention, or a justified customer recordkeeping purpose. Ordinary interface deletion can also be blocked by retention settings on leases or media. Those settings do not by themselves decide a privacy request: we assess the actual obligation, authority, and applicable law.

Where information is retained, we explain the categories and reason in our response. Backups and provider systems may not be erased at the same moment as active records. We cannot delete copies that another person has independently downloaded or kept outside the service.

Other requests and device copies

If you are a tenant or another person whose data is in a customer’s workspace, you may contact the property owner or manager and may also contact [email protected]. Identify the relevant property or organization without sending confidential documents. We will coordinate with the customer as needed and address the rights that apply.

Signing out, clearing browser storage, or uninstalling PulseAxis does not close a server account or remove its records. Local assistant history, downloaded files, exported reports, and copies saved in your camera roll may need to be removed separately through the relevant device or app controls. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
