1. Who these terms cover

These Terms of Service govern your use of PulseAxis, its mobile apps, the PulseAxis web service and sharing pages, pulsesw.com, and related services provided by Pulse Software LLC ("Pulse Software," "we," "us"). PulseAxis is property-record and AI-assisted software for landlords, property owners, investors, and property managers.

By accessing or using the services, you agree to these terms. If you use the services for a business or other organization, you must have authority to agree on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Any separately signed agreement with us controls where it conflicts with these terms. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain in place.

2. Your account and workspace access

You must be an adult legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate account information. Keep your login credentials private, use only accounts you are authorized to use, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Workspace owners and administrators control membership and available permissions. Your access may change when a workspace administrator changes your role or removes you. Having access to a record does not give you permission to use or disclose it for an unrelated purpose. You are responsible for the use you authorize and for selecting appropriate access for your team.

3. Your records, photos, and documents

You retain your ownership and other rights in the content you provide. This includes property and contact information, tenant records, leases, photos, videos, documents, prompts, and other uploaded material. You must have the rights, permissions, notices, and lawful basis needed to collect, upload, use, and share that information, including information about tenants and other people.

You grant Pulse Software a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, display, and transmit that content to provide, secure, maintain, and support the services you use. This includes processing content through service providers, producing AI results or edited images when you use those features, and sharing the material you select. This license does not transfer ownership of your records to us.

We and our licensors retain rights in our software, branding, documentation, and service design. Subject to these terms and your account permissions, you may use the services for your own or your organization’s lawful property work.

4. AI results need your review

Ask Pulse, equipment analysis, lease extraction, image editing, and other AI features can make mistakes, omit information, misread a document or label, and produce different answers to similar requests. An answer or a link to a source does not guarantee that the answer is correct, complete, current, or suitable for your purpose. Results depend on the records available to your account and the quality of the material supplied.

Review important results against the original document, photo, or record. Confirm proposed lease terms before treating them as established facts. A lease amount is not proof of payment. Image editing can change how a property appears; retain originals and disclose edits when required. AI outputs may not be unique.

The services do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, lending, appraisal, or other professional advice. Calculators use the assumptions entered and are estimates. Seek qualified advice when a decision requires it. Do not use an AI response as the sole basis for housing eligibility, tenant screening, eviction, credit, or another decision with significant consequences for a person.

5. Sharing and third-party services

Review a collection before creating or sending a public sharing link. Anyone who obtains the link may view the material made available through it and may download, copy, or forward it. Public links are not limited to the intended email recipient. Do not use them for confidential leases, tenant information, access codes, or other material that should remain private. Copies already received by others cannot be recalled by removing a file or collection.

Features may use or open third-party services, including hosting, AI processing, email, and maps. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply to your direct use of those services. Processing of information by our providers is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Lawful and acceptable use

Use the services lawfully and respect privacy, intellectual property, fair-housing, consumer-protection, and other applicable requirements. You must not:

  • Access another person’s account or records without permission, circumvent access controls, or disclose credentials.
  • Upload unlawful content, malware, or information you are not entitled to process; harass, discriminate, or violate another person’s rights.
  • Misrepresent an AI result or edited image as verified evidence, or use the services to falsify records or deceive tenants, buyers, lenders, or regulators.
  • Interfere with the service, exploit vulnerabilities, or attempt to extract protected records through prompts, automation, or other means.
  • Reverse engineer or copy protected software except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

7. Paid services and separate agreements

If you purchase a subscription or implementation service, its price, scope, billing period, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms must be set out in the applicable offer, checkout, order, or separate agreement. These terms do not create a subscription, a renewal commitment, or a particular refund policy by themselves. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights still apply. Contact us if the applicable commercial terms are unclear before purchasing.

8. Availability, changes, and termination

Features may change, require particular devices or permissions, or be unavailable during maintenance or an outage. A planned feature shown on our website is not a commitment that it is already available or will be delivered on a particular date. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or recovery of every lost record. Keep independent copies of records you must preserve.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security risk, a legal obligation, or a material breach. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain the issue and allow an opportunity to resolve it. You may stop using the services and request account closure through our Account & Data Deletion page. Ending access does not automatically erase records controlled by another customer or organization; deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided as available, without a promise that they will meet every requirement or that every result will be accurate. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent the law allows.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pulse Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the services, including lost profits or business opportunities. No term excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes a consumer’s mandatory remedies. Any specific service commitments or liability provisions in a separately signed agreement continue to apply.

10. Changes, concerns, and contact

We may update these terms and will post the revised text with its effective date. For a material change affecting existing accounts, we will provide an appropriate notice through the service or available contact information and seek agreement where required. Changes do not remove rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

If you have a concern, contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive the right to bring a claim where applicable law permits. No particular court or governing jurisdiction is selected by these terms.
